How do I choose low cut or crew?
Low-cut socks leave more of the ankle visible. Crew socks have a longer cuff. Compare the wearing views and size labels.
Are the shoes in the photographs included?
No. Product packs contain the listed socks. Shoes, trousers and other scene styling are not included.
Is a 6-pack the same as 120 pairs?
No. Read the quantity stated on the specific product. Smaller products are listed as 6-pack or 12-pack; the bulk athletic crew product explicitly lists 120 pairs.
How do the sizes work?
The size labels are supplied for each product and can differ. The athletic crew 6-pack lists shoe size 6–12 / sock size 10–13. Other products use their own sock-size labels. View the size notes.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.59. Free shipping applies to orders of $110.99 or more, including single-item orders. Orders below $110.99 have a $5.59 shipping fee. Read shipping details.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery takes 15–30 calendar days. Tracking details are sent by email.
Can I return or exchange socks?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of the actual date you receive your goods. New, lightly used, defective and quality-issue items may be returned under the policy. Read the full conditions and shipping responsibility.
Can I change an address?
Email us while the order is still processing. Address changes cannot be accepted after dispatch. Check your delivery details carefully.
Where should I send a return?
Contact [email protected] first. Customer service provides the return address; the public business address is not automatically a return destination.
