We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and European countries. If you are unsure about a destination, contact us before ordering.
Dispatch & processing
Orders dispatch from our business address: 520 CLEVELAND AVE, LARGO, FL 33770, United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery estimate
Delivery takes 15–30 calendar days. If your shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and the available tracking details. For damage, include a description and photographs if available.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free when the order amount is $110.99 or more, including a single-item order. Orders below $110.99 have a $5.59 shipping fee. Shipping eligibility depends only on the order amount.
Tracking your parcel
Tracking numbers are sent by email after dispatch. Use that information to follow the delivery, and contact us if you need help.
Taxes & duties
Product prices include taxes and import duties. You do not need to pay these charges separately.
Changing a delivery address
Email customer service while your order is still processing to request an address change. After dispatch, address changes are not accepted. Delivery problems caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer are the customer’s responsibility; this does not extend that responsibility to errors made by the store.
